Terms of Service
Last updated: March 14, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using theXEO ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
theXEO is an autopilot Edge SEO platform that optimizes websites for SEO, GEO/AEO, accessibility, and Core Web Vitals. The Service deploys Edge Workers to your Cloudflare account to automatically enhance your website's HTML at the edge.
3. Account Registration
- You must sign up using Google OAuth.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
- You must provide accurate and complete information.
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
4. Your Cloudflare Account
To use theXEO, you provide a Cloudflare API token granting us permission to deploy and manage Workers on your account. You acknowledge that:
- You are the authorized owner or administrator of the Cloudflare account.
- theXEO will deploy Edge Workers that modify HTML responses for your connected domains.
- theXEO only adds or supplements content — it never modifies or removes your existing content.
- You can revoke the API token at any time to immediately stop theXEO from accessing your account.
- You are responsible for any Cloudflare usage costs incurred by the Edge Workers.
5. Subscription and Billing
- theXEO offers a free Trial plan and paid subscription plans (Lite, Starter, Pro, Business, Enterprise).
- Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe.
- Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated charges.
- Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
- You can cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact [email protected] for refund requests.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Edge Workers
- Share your account credentials or API tokens with unauthorized parties
- Use the Service to generate spam, misleading content, or black-hat SEO techniques
- Exceed the usage limits of your subscription plan
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
7. AI-Generated Content
theXEO uses artificial intelligence to generate meta tags, descriptions, and structured data for your website. You acknowledge that:
- AI-generated content is provided as-is and may require review.
- You are responsible for the content published on your website, including AI-generated content.
- theXEO does not guarantee specific SEO rankings or traffic improvements.
8. Fail-Safe Design
theXEO is designed with fail-safe principles. If the Edge Worker encounters any error, it passes the request through to your origin server unchanged. Individual handler failures skip only that handler — your website remains fully functional.
9. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service depends on third-party infrastructure (Cloudflare, Stripe, Google) and may be affected by their outages. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services.
10. Intellectual Property
theXEO and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by theXEO and are protected by intellectual property laws. Your website content remains yours — we do not claim any ownership of the content on your connected domains.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, theXEO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination:
- Your access to the Service will be revoked.
- Edge Workers deployed to your Cloudflare account will stop receiving rule updates.
- You can remove the Edge Workers from your Cloudflare account at any time.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict of law principles.
15. Contact
